The role

As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for developing strategic solutions aligned with clients' business objectives, leveraging insights, strategic guidance, and relevant metrics to deliver value. You will work to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that drive business growth and achieve measurable outcomes.

Role responsibilities

• Build compelling, customer-specific business cases that connect strategic initiatives to measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, adoption, ROI, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned with each customer's business priorities, strategic objectives, and success metrics.
• Lead the growth of strategic enterprise accounts by identifying business needs, designing high-value solutions, and creating value for both the customer and Valtech.
• Develop and present tailored solutions leveraging Valtech's capabilities, supported by critical thinking, research, and business analysis.
• Develop and contribute to go-to-market strategies for strategic offerings and customer opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers through primary and secondary research to identify business goals, KPIs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop value models, business recommendations, and revenue-generating insights.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience throughout the engagement.
• Leverage AI tools daily to research industries, prepare customer insights, develop business cases and executive presentations, and ensure every customer interaction is well-informed and value-driven.
• Produce executive-ready deliverables, including competitive assessments, customer journey analyses, gap analyses, and strategic recommendations to support business and marketing initiatives.
• Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for customers and Valtech.

Must have qualifications

• Experience in digital agencies or technology companies (such as SaaS, software development, or other technology-driven businesses), with a strong background in digital marketing, technology solutions, or consulting.
• Proven experience managing Enterprise accounts, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence director-level and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following industries: FinTech, Retail, E-commerce, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of data visualization and prototyping tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and executive presentations.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and organizational structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
• Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have qualifications

• Strong knowledge of data and process modeling (preferred qualification).
• Advanced English and Spanish are considered strong differentiators.
